Give residents a simple wayto report what needs fixing
A pothole, a broken streetlight, a bin that was never emptied. With Preia your residents report it in seconds from their phone, with a photo and the exact spot on the map, so it reaches you ready to act on instead of as a phone call someone has to write down.

For your residents
Three taps, and it is on its way to you
Reporting has to be easier than not bothering. That is the whole design brief for the citizen app.
- Photograph
Point the camera at it
A photo says more than a description ever will, and it saves your caseworker a trip to find out what the report actually meant.
- Place
The spot, not the street
The app takes the location from GPS, or the resident moves the pin on the map or searches an address. You get coordinates, not "somewhere near the school".
- Follow
A case they can follow
The resident gets a receipt with a case number and can see the status change. Fewer calls asking whether anyone is doing anything about it.
The citizen app
The details that decide whether people use it twice
Anyone can build a form. These are the parts that keep reports coming in, and keep them useful when they land.
Photo, place and description in one flow
No account to create before you can report anything. Camera, map and a description field in a single pass, and the report is filed under a category that puts it on the right desk.
Duplicates caught before they are sent
The same pothole seen by five people is one job, not five. Preia flags likely duplicates while the resident is still reporting, and a caseworker can merge the ones that slip through.
AI that reads the photo
An optional feature analyses the photo and proposes a category, a description and a severity, and can suggest a category from free text. Enabled per workspace, off by default.
A receipt, and a case that can be followed
Every report gets a case number the resident can refer to. They can see where it stands, which is usually all anyone wanted when they picked up the phone.
Native app or plain web
A real app for iPhone and Android for the people who report often, and a web version for everyone who would rather not install anything to report one broken bench.
Danish and English, hosted in the EU
The app ships fully in Danish and English, and Faroese is under way. Each municipality picks what its residents see. Everything runs in the EU, so there is no third-country transfer to explain to a data protection officer.
For residents
